1. Overview

SEOFUL provides automated SEO content generation and publishing services. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. SEOFUL is built for agencies and individuals managing one or many client websites.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may manage multiple client websites from a single SEOFUL account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and publish to any website you add.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing is charged per website you connect. Monthly billing is $20 per website per month; annual billing is $15 per website per month (billed annually). You can switch billing cycles at any time from your Settings page. Billing continues until you cancel or pause a website.

4. The Service

SEOFUL researches keywords, writes articles, generates images, and publishes content to your connected website via your blog API. We deliver the service by writing and posting articles on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SEOFUL to publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel or pause any website at any time from your Settings page. Cancelled websites stop generating new content immediately. Any articles already published remain on your site.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEOFUL is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of SEOFUL after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
